And the world spins madly on…: Uranus squares Pluto, Scorpio New Moon and Solar Eclipse

Dear Friends,

If you’re reading this, you survived the last Aries Lunar Eclipse and now we have one more to go. I say that only half-jokingly, personally, it’s felt like performing trapeze act over a raging fire.

The recent Penumbral Lunar Eclipse in Aries also marked the first in the series of Eclipses on the Libra-Aries axis although the Nodes remain in Scorpio-Taurus until about March 2014.

Eclipse set patterns for at least 6 months, but what begins now is marking the beginning of an 18 month transition as the Eclipses move through this axis.

Also significantly, (as I wrote in your 2013-2014 Annual forecast,) Mars and Venus station retrograde in 2014. Mars and Venus are also the rulers of Aries-Libra, and Taurus-Scorpio, the axis of the coming two Eclipses — making these Eclipses especially significant as they tell the beginning of a story and series of events that unfolds gradually over the course of the nine months. Creativity, relationships and money are all up for grabs.

Venus is currently in Sagittarius and ingresses Capricorn on Nov. 5, 2013 where she will spend five months. Mars is currently in Virgo, and ingresses Libra on Dec. 7, 2013 for seven months until the end of July 2014.

With Venus in Sagittarius, now is the time to hone in on your vision. Once she enters Capricorn it will be time to manifest the vision, working at it like master craftsmen at work. And if you put your heart into it, this could be your masterpiece — worth it’s weight in gold.

With Mars currently in Virgo, now is the time to get your ducks in a row, get organized, prioritize your work and life starting with your health. Then it will be easier to find and keep your balance through Mars’ transit in Libra, as you fine-tune something to beautiful perfection.

As I write this the Moon is in Cancer, moving towards a conjunction to Jupiter before it goes void until about Noon tomorrow here on the east coast. This could get rather emotional, so don’t be surprised if you well up. A great evening for good food and good company.

Also we’re moving towards the fourth Uranus-Pluto square on Nov. 1, 2013 followed by the Solar Eclipse in Scorpio on Nov. 3, 2013 at 11+ degrees.

One way or the other, whatever happens now is what you wouldn’t expect — but you can be sure it will change your life in some way. There is nothing to fear but fear itself. Confront your fears and move deep acceptance and surrender to life — there can be liberation, revolution, transformation, metamorphosis and resurrection from the ashes — where we’re safe in its eternal embrace.

Each year the Scorpio New Moon coincides with the beginning of Diwali — the festival of lights — in India. It’s my favorite time of the year, when the air just is dense and thick with the mystery of life, in the midst of all that is dying. Here’s a Blog I wrote about Diwali a few years ago.

On a personal note — I had to move on short notice last Thursday from my temporary housing to a temporary apartment, (with internet access limited to cafes and my phone) until I move into my apartment Nov. 1, 2013 (hopefully, unless the Universe has other plans,) during which time I have to figure out how to move my stuff out of storage in Brooklyn, NY to Kingston, NY.

So let’s just say it’s going to be a bit of a circus act in my world. But I’m buckled in for the ride and I’ll be back with more astrology soon.
