Dear Friends,

Last night on July 22, Venus stationed retrograde in Leo at 9:32 PM ET followed immediately by the Sun’s ingress into Leo at 9:50 PM ET. We’re entering a dramatic, bold, new season, blasting open our hearts and minds.

Where we’ve recently felt powerless, we’re regaining confidence and reconnecting with our creative power. This feels like the lights being turned in a situation where things have felt mysterious or murky. Life is inviting us to peel back the mask and dare to acknowledge our heart’s most burning desires. Then we can seize the moment and opportunities as they arise.

Venus first entered the shadow phase on June 19, look back at what was surfacing around then. It will give you a clue into a longer story playing out with this transit. Venus is now retracing her steps,  drawing us into a process of re-evaluation of the recent past. Venus will station direct on September 3, (at the degree she occupied was on June 19,) and moves out of shadow on October 7 (past the degree she is currently at.) So be patient with the process and don’t be too quick to judge — there’s more coming to light.

Notably – Venus retrogrades at approximately the same degree every 8 years. So it would also help to look back to your life in 2015, 2007, 1999, 1991, and so on… counting back every 8 years. This will give you an idea of the themes likely to emerge now and a larger story in your life’s journey. You are not who you once were. With awareness, we can do things differently, and create consciously, in alignment with our authentic selves as we are today.

Any Venus’ retrograde will bring its dramatic moments and in Leo, you can expect things to be dialed up a notch. This is not for the faint-hearted and things could get steamy. We’re in a process of deep re-evaluation of all Venusian matters of love, beauty, relationships, money, our values, and all matters of the heart. Pay attention to where you have Leo in your chart — that’s where this energy is playing out highlighting matters of that house.

Leo is a fixed fire sign, ruled by the Sun — the source of light and life-giving energy. It rules the heart, the true Self, the eternal present, youth, love, romance, fun, creativity, passion, sexuality, authenticity, courage, confidence, spontaneity, and our ability to take risks. On the flip side, Leo also points to the ego, pride, defenses, and fears of rejection which ultimately cast a shadow on all that is bright and beautiful. These themes are in focus.

In the chart for Venus’ retrograde, the Moon is separating from an opposition Neptune. Also, the Sun is at the end of Cancer (ruled by the Moon) just past an opposition to Pluto. There’s a sense of moving beyond the illusion, or veil. We’re seeing what was previously missed — be it true colors or the true value of something or someone — to find what’s precious and golden in it. If something seems too good to be true it likely is. And something/someone you’ve overlooked might deserve a closer inspection to discover the treasures it holds at its depths.

Above all, with this Venus Rx in Leo, we’re learning all that is gold doesn’t glitter, and all that glitters isn’t gold. This is very glamorous energy but moves beyond surface appearances. External beauty fades, and money can’t buy love or happiness. Especially in the age of false information and curated social media profiles, remember you’re only seeing what someone wants you to see. Avoid comparisons. It could be easy to let our imagination run wild – for better or worse. But avoid projection — seek clarity and depth. True beauty radiates from within, and a heart of gold is more precious than all the riches in the world.

Venus in Leo is a queen, a royal. She needn’t chase, beg, or want anything. But with this retrograde closely conjunct fixed star Regulus, any hubris will be met with a swift fall from grace. However, life is unfolding  — be humble. Drop the mask, ego, pride, and defenses. Don’t be afraid to admit if you’ve been mistaken. Peer into the heart and soul of a situation. More importantly, peer into your own heart and soul. Then we can engage in, create, and attract experiences consciously.

Also in the chart, Mars is separating from opposition to Saturn, and the Sun at the end of Cancer is separating from its opposition to Pluto. We’re moving past a limitation or an obstacle, leaving behind a heavier past, attachments we’ve outgrown, generational conditioning, and patterns of co-dependency. There may have been sobering realities to face. If you’re dealing with loss, grief, disappointment, sadness, or heartbreak, do so consciously as you allow space for healing. This too shall pass. That said, the past is past. Where we’ve recently reached a limit with something, we may be having a change of heart. A door is opening to reveal new depths of emotions and desire, inviting us to explore them, if we dare.

Relationships are in focus and heating up. Likely exes and past lovers are resurfacing. This is an ideal time to gain closure on the past. But if you’re trying to rekindle an old romance, or meet someone new during a retrograde, I would advise against it, or to wait till Venus is direct before making any major commitment. Stay in the present, without projecting too far into the future. The same is true if you are starting a new creative project, considering a major financial investment with no prior connection, an irreversible beauty treatment, or a dramatic haircut. Every experience is valuable and sometimes the heart wants what it wants. But be advised — once Venus stations direct things will change shape and form, and you’ll likely feel differently then. So weigh out your risks, and be conscious of what you commit, or give in to in the heat of the moment.

In existing connections, friendships, and partnerships, bonds can deepen. Where things have gotten heated, or egos have flared — there can be reconciliation, re-kindling of love, passion, and fun. It will call for absolute authenticity, courage, compassion, boldness, and being vulnerable. Learn from the past, but stay in the present and avoid picking at scabs. Also, rather than have expectations of another —acknowledge how you feel and remain detached. Something might feel like a risk — but it would be a greater risk to pass up a chance to be happy.

At best, Venus’ rx in Leo, is an invitation to reconnect with and re-discover the source of our joy, fun, happiness, creativity, confidence, and love within our hearts. Confidence is sexy and attractive. And all the love we seek is right here for us, in the present, in our hearts and being. Venus and Leo both speak of love; the kind of warm love that shines constantly like the Sun and lights up the world. Then have faith that what’s (or who’s) right for you will naturally gravitate to you.

At the very least, this retrograde is a chance to make peace with the past and reconnect with that eternal source of love, bliss, and joy within. So we can live and love more authentically, passionately, fearlessly, and deeply in the present.

Welcome to the Cancer New Moon, dear Friends,

Cancer is a cardinal, water sign, ruled by the Moon. It “initiates” the Summer in the North and Winter in the South, and similarly, it initiates a new season in our lives. We’re in the womb of a powerful, fertile new cycle. This is a fresh start, reset, renewal, and re-birth in the area of your life/chart ruled by Cancer.

If you’re a Cancerian — Happy Birthday! This is your new year and it seems you’re ready to create some waves.

This Cancer New Moon aligned at 2:31 PM ET on July 17 at 24+ degrees, in a trine to Neptune and opposition to Pluto. Also, other major aspects are aligning at this lunation, seeding the energy of the coming weeks. Hours before the New Moon, Mercury in Leo was square Jupiter in Taurus bringing huge inner realizations and insights. Hours after the lunation, the Lunar Nodes ingressed Aries-Libra (from Taurus-Scorpio). On July 20, the Sun trines Neptune, Mars opposes Saturn; on July 21 the Sun opposes Pluto, and finally, Venus stations retrograde on July 22.

The tide is turning. What you initiate now, is likely to have far-reaching ripple effects. Still, it’s not all smooth sailing — we’re moving through choppy waters. But with sensitivity, care, creativity, imagination, and detachment, the coming days could bring about a total transformation in a situation where we’ve previously felt powerless.

Cancer rules our emotions, our most basic needs of food, shelter, and water, as well as our innermost needs for safety, and security — emotionally, physically, materially, and financially. It represents one’s home, family, food, nourishment, mothers, children, the bond between them, the womb, women, and matters of fertility.

We can expect these themes to be surfacing at the front and center of our life and consciousness over the coming weeks.

As you enter this New Moon cycle — stay inwardly focused, and acknowledge how you feel, and what you need to feel safe — emotionally, materially, financially, and on all levels. Clarify your needs, and goals, reflect on your limits, release power struggles, be fluid and move with awareness.

Cancer is a deeply sensitive, intuitive sign. With current aspects: our intuition and psychic senses are running high. Go with the flow, nurture your dreams, and pour your energy into what you care most about. But there could also be waves of nostalgia tugging at our heartstrings. It will take awareness to not get pulled into the undercurrents of past patterns.

Significantly the Nodes shifted to Aries-Libra (from Taurus-Scorpio) just hours after the Cancer New Moon. The Nodes are the shadow of the Moon and point to our destiny, fate, karma, and a cycle of birth and re-birth. Since November 2021, the Eclipses in Taurus-Scorpio have marked a process of releasing power struggles, and past attachments, as we consciously step into new territory.

With the Nodes in Aries and Libra: our relationships are in focus over the coming 18 months. We’re in the process of reclaiming autonomy, and independence, and forging a new path forward even if it means upsetting the status quo. If we are being authentic; we can trust situations will find their natural balance. That said be conscious, not to cut your nose to spite your face. Actions have consequences and none of us is independent. The Nodal shift at this Cancer New Moon is teaching us: at best, we’re interdependent creatures and we need each other. What matters is that we’re stepping out of co-dependent patterns to engage as adults, as we are today, in the present.

Notably, on July 20, the Sun trines Neptune and Mars opposes Saturn. We’re in the flow. Trust your intuition but proceed with awareness, as you reflect on your limits and re-adjust boundaries as necessary. Doors are closing, opening, and lines are being drawn. We live, we learn, we grow. At best this is a chance to learn our lessons, but to let the past be water under the bridge. In the words of Bruce Lee, “Be like water,” and you could find your way around something that has been an obstacle.

July 21: the Sun opposes Pluto bringing powerful revelations and transformation. With Pluto at the end of Capricorn, we’re in the final throes of a long slow process, chipping away conditioning handed down through generations, society, culture, and parental and authority figures.

With the Sun (and New Moon) opposite Pluto, there’s a need to face and confront our shadow. There might be deep insecurities welling up and we’re likely feeling mixed emotions. But this is an evolutionary moment, and a chance to reclaim power in a situation where you’ve felt powerless.

Examine your family dynamics, and family ideas surrounding security, success, failure, relationships, and money. We can’t change the past, or anyone or anything outside of ourselves. And nothing and no one can have power over us unless we give it away. Consciously step out of patterns of co-dependency, parent-child, and victim-perpetrator dynamics, release power struggles, and engage with life as you are today.

As we evolve from childhood patterns, trust, that inner transformation will ripple out to transform your world and relationship dynamics. Change always comes from the inside out and this is an inner-purification process. Something that has been a source of irritation (at the least) is leaving you with a pearl.

July 22: Venus stations retrograde in Leo, followed immediately by Sun’s entry in Leo. A bold, dramatic new season begins, inviting us to dare to dive deeper into our hearts and acknowledge its most burning desires. I’ll have more to say about this in the coming days. But Venus is the planet that rules our relationships, money, creativity, beauty, and all matters of the heart. As she stations retrograde we’re entering a process of deep re-evaluation of our relationships, creative projects, and financial situations.

Her retrograde in Leo isn’t for the faint-hearted and there may be dramatic developments unfolding around her retrograde station. There might be people and relationships from the past re-entering our lives. Or perhaps we’re seeing someone’s true colors, or being revealed the heart of a situation. We’re feeling naked, exposed, raw, emotional, and vulnerable — but there’s something awfully beautiful about this.

It will require confidence, courage, and vulnerability to acknowledge our desires and to drop the ego. But the rewards of our courage will far outweigh any risks. Leo represents the “eternal here, now” and Venus speaks of love and our values. Nothing lasts forever, except love. And the value we get out of our experiences has the potential to change and enrich our lives forever.

July 23: Mercury squares Uranus, continuing a process we’ve been in since mid-June, bringing unexpected communication, insights, and realizations. Remain detached, be creative, innovative, and keep an open mind. A small adjustment or mind shift might be all that’s needed.

July 25: First Quarter Moon in Scorpio squares the Sun in Leo marking the halfway point between the Cancer New Moon and the Aquarius Full Moon on Aug 1, 2023. Let go of emotional baggage and the ego. We’re at a turning point and this is a chance for course corrections.

To sum it up: as you enter this Cancer New Moon cycle, stay connected with your inner emotional landscape, rise above insecurities, and be gentle. Cancer is an extremely empathetic, caring, sensitive, and nurturing sign. Powerful emotions are welling up, everyone is feeling hyper-sensitive and we’re becoming aware of our needs. Boundaries are healthy, but a little sensitivity will go a long way.

This is very fertile energy, what you feed will grow. Let go of the past, and resentments, and nurture what matters to you, as you shape and bring dreams to life consciously. And where one door closes, another is opening. It might be as simple as being willing to ask for help, or what we want, or need. Just let go of expectations of others, (then you won’t feel disappointed) and pay attention to who shows up.

Cancer represents our most basic needs — and if you’re reading these words, you have an internet connection and likely have food and a place to sleep tonight. Be grateful. We may or may not always get what we want. But under these skies, there’s a strong suggestion, we will get what we need. It starts with daring to acknowledge it.

GEMINI NEW MOON, JUNE 18 – 30, 2023

At 12:37 AM ET on June 18, the Sun and Moon aligned at 26+ Gemini ushering in a brand, sparkling, visionary, new cycle. On June 19 Venus enters the shadow phase, and Jupiter harmoniously aligns with Saturn, seeding the energy over the coming weeks.

I get the image of a moat, with a drawbridge, around a castle that holds a cornucopia of treasures within. We’ve been outside trying to guess the secret password that will lower the drawbridge granting access. Or we could be the ones in the castle perceiving a threat outside. But in refusing to lower a bridge, we’ve trapped ourselves. And what if the person outside isn’t a friend but a foe, here to tell us the coast is clear.

We’re in a new cycle now, opening a whole new world of possibilities.

The New Moon’s square Neptune is extremely visionary energy. But if we look eternally for answers, we’re likely to feel confused or like we’re moving in circles. Avoid projection — whether of your worst fears, or fantasies. Whether you feel like you’re inside or outside the gates, as you enter this cycle move inward to connect with an inner truth, to listen to your inner voice and intuition. It holds the key and a secret password. And it might tell you it’s worth checking if the person outside is a friend or a foe.

(Of course, this is an analogy but there’s a similar process unfolding somewhere in your life.)

Gemini is the sign that rules the mind, all forms of communication, transportation, siblings, duality, perceptions, thoughts, and all forms of expression. Expect these themes to be highlighted over the coming two weeks, especially in the area of your chart/life ruled by Gemini.

As you enter this cycle, clarify a vision in your mind’s eye and stay connected with the truth within. This is cerebral mental energy — so pay attention to your mental health. Meditate. Tune into your inner voice and quiet the mind. Spending time in silence nature, by the water, will help you reflect and find clarity.

Roads and gates that were once shut are opening to offer greater freedom and support — emotionally and materially. But acknowledge where you might need to lower your guard, walls, and defenses, and be more flexible. Or to patch up leaks and what drains energy. Then we can allow in a greater flow of abundance, well-being, and prosperity.

Significantly, also on June 19, Venus enters the shadow phase and will station retrograde on July 22.

Relationships, finances, creative projects, and all matters of the heart are highlighted. Pay attention to what’s surfacing in the coming days. We’re getting a glimpse into a larger story playing out until Venus transits Leo in October. We will be revisiting and re-evaluating current conversations around September 3, when Venus returns to this degree of the zodiac and stations direct. So leave room for change and re-evaluation later.

Venus is the ruler of Taurus, where Jupiter is currently transiting. Relationships are moving to a new level, revealing greater love, and the emotional, financial, and creative potential within and around us. But it will require discernment, so we don’t overlook a solid opportunity while chasing something shiny but hollow. Learn your lessons, but release the past and stay in the present. Most importantly keep an open mind and heart, then you can make wise choices.

It’s likely we’re dealing with cultural differences and connections with others with vastly different ideas and perspectives. Keep this in mind. From September 2022 till March 2023 Mars was transiting Gemini. Venus was transiting Gemini in April and early May. Now we’re in the Gemini New Moon cycle and Saturn is retrograde. We’re seeing the past, present, and future in a new light. We’ve seen the dark side, as well as the potential in others, in ourselves, and in situations.

Over the next two weeks, there’s a need to look at life, situations, and relationships with new eyes — as we are today. Avoid going to extremes and stay in the middle. We’ve looked at a situation from all angles, seen the good bad ugly. Nothing and no one is perfect. What matters is that we’re willing to learn and grow. It will call for vulnerability, authenticity, dropping defenses, and leading with the heart. But let go of perceptions of how you think things should be. Then you can discover the truth and start to see the sublime beauty in your current circumstances.

On a spiritual level, Gemini invites us to move beyond duality to recognize the underlying oneness of existence. Separation is an illusion of the mind. The space between us is not a vacuum. We are just different forms and expressions of that One energy.

SAGITTARIUS FULL MOON: JUNE 3-18, 202

Dear Friends,

Last night marked a liberating Sagittarius Full Moon opposite the Sun in Gemini at 11:41 PM ET on June 3, followed by Mercury’s conjunction with Uranus a few hours ago on June 4, seeding the energy over the next two weeks.

This is the culmination of a cycle that began with the Taurus New Moon on May 19, and a larger six-month cycle that began with the Sagittarius New Moon on November 23, 2022. This is also the first lunation in Sagittarius, since Jupiter ingress into Taurus, bringing us the first real taste of this energy and its potential over the coming 12 months.

As the Full Moon aligns, with with Mercury (ruler of Gemini) conjunct Uranus — expect the unexpected!

Pay attention to the Gemini – Sagittarius axis in your chart. There are unpredictable developments, surprising encounters, revelations, realizations, information, conversations, genius solutions, ideas, and truths coming to light. With the current astrology, avoid pre-mature judgment, and assumptions, and be patient as more is revealed.

Life is calling for a leap of faith, presenting us with choices. For every door that closes, another is opening wide. And where we thought we’d reached the end of the road, we’re seeing new pathways forward — revealing a whole new world to be explored. This is a breakthrough, freeing us from stubborn perceptions and beliefs to recognize a more abundant, fertile reality. 

There’s a need for perspective, detachment, open-mindedness, and honest open communication, above all. In the words of the late great Sagittarian, Jonathan Cainer, “perspective is the most valuable thing we can have.” A subtle mind shift might be all that’s needed. Then you can make valuable discoveries, wise choices, and real progress; where previously you’ve felt stuck or going around in circles.

Sagittarius is a visionary sign. It represents faith, wisdom, spirituality, religion, God, knowledge, expansion, journeys, foreign travel, foreign cultures, foreign languages, philosophy psychology, astrology global affairs, and a higher truth. It speaks of growth, expansion, exploration, generosity, kindness, and gratitude. Sagittarius reminds us to be philosophical, to look at the brighter side of life and of the healing powers of laughter. Gemini, its opposite sign, represents communication in all forms, the mind, duality, perceptions, and transportation among other things.

Expect these themes to be in focus over the coming weeks. There’s a need for self-reflection and deep honesty with oneself above all. Who are you? What do you want? Do you know what’s good for you? Where are you going? What are your values? Who and what guides your life, life choices, and decisions? If you say you want something, do your actions reflect that?

Clarify a vision, reflect on the big picture of your life, and be humble and philosophical. Life rarely turns out exactly as planned. Your whole life has led to this moment. And your experiences have brought you a wealth of wisdom. Sagittarius reminds us, the journey is the destination. And although there may be many paths, the final destination is the same for us all — Self-Realization. And that final journey is one we make alone.

Jupiter (ruler of the Sagittarius Full Moon) in Taurus conjunct the North Node, suggests we’re being drawn steadily to our destiny. Even if something appears to be falling apart — this is a breakthrough and a blessing in disguise. Be humble, patient, discerning, and committed to your journey of growth. Then we can be guided to a place of greater emotional, material, physical, and mental well-being and abundance.

Relationships are heating up over the coming days and in June. Currently, Mars is in Leo; on June 5, Venus (ruler of Jupiter in Taurus) ingresses Leo and immediately opposes Pluto bringing a powerful transformation personally and in relationships, financial, and creative situations. Mars and Venus will transit Leo over the coming months — igniting passion, desire, love, romance, and creativity at best. We just need to keep our egos, pride, and defenses in check.

Significantly the Sun (ruler of Leo) is in Gemini, passing through the territory Mars was traveling in between September 2022 and March 2023. We’ve been through a lot since then. Now the Sun is in Gemini — we’re seeing the past in a new light, and the Sagittarius Full Moon is revealing a new way forward. Life isn’t black and white, and neither are people. With Sagittarius-Gemini, we may be dealing with cultural differences in our relationships. Discernment is necessary, but avoid going to extremes, being closed-minded, or being judgmental. It will require a willingness to move beyond perception, and to listen and communicate honestly.

With Venus and Mars in the same sign, there’s a suggestion that what you want and your partners want is quite similar. And you are more alike than different. Life is bursting with color and exciting tangible opportunities, awakening desires, and revealing relationships in a new light. What’s needed is communication, love, and acceptance to get on the same page. Because the sum of what we could achieve together is greater than what we could alone.

Especially as Venus opposes Pluto — let go of power struggles, and drop the mask. Stay in the present and allow space for relationships to evolve. With freedom, loyalty, and honesty we can deepen connections that go the distance; as we grow and explore, ourselves, each other, and the world around us.

Don’t underestimate the power of love to transform and light up your world. We may or may not ever understand others, and others may never fully understand us. But ultimately what we want more than to be understood — is to be loved.

On a personal note — this Full Moon is on my Sagittarius (travel) 2nd House (possessions) – Gemini (communication) 8th House (surrender) axis. I was traveling this past weekend and I managed to leave my phone behind in Toronto. So I’m out of the phone till next week – which is strangely liberating. It is certainly befitting the astrology, asking for total surrender and detachment from my phone and communication (Mercury-Uranus). 

Exactly six months ago, I was in India at my Guru’s Ashram. While I was there, I had planned to work on a book alongside being in silence and retreat. But within two days of my arrival, my computer unexpectedly and curiously shut down for no apparent reason. The ashram is in the middle of a remote forest in India —so an Apple store was out of the question. Surrender was the only way out. (8th House).

I thought I would be more upset about not having my computer (or phone)— but instead, I felt liberated and detached, as I do now without my phone. Two months later, I returned to Mumbai and went to the Apple store the next day. The woman simply plugged in my computer and voila! My computer miraculously resurrected as if nothing had happened.

Honestly, I was almost not even surprised. Amma wanted me to detach from the eternal world while I was at the ashram. It was for the best, as it allowed me to focus on my sadhana, stay in the present, and make the most of my precious time there. It’s also not lost on me that the day I forgot my phone, was also the day Amma arrived in the US for the first time since 2019. It’s like her telling me to spend more time in silence, as I prepare to see her by the next Full Moon for Guru Purnima in San Francisco.

With the current astrology, one particular discourse comes to mind. Amma was speaking on a verse in the Vedas teaching us the need for resilience, and how to deal with heartbreak. She said life is a journey. When we encounter challenges or we experience heartbreak, it is like a thorn in the foot. We need to remove the source of pain and heal. But we can’t sit there for the rest of our lives — because we were once injured — the journey must continue.

Over the next two weeks — consciously lighten your load, and release emotional and mental baggage, as you welcome a new perspective and explore the opportunities arising. Every ending is a new beginning. And this is just the beginning of a journey, drawing us steadily to our destiny, into a more abundant reality. We are creating the future, here and now, with every thought word, and deed.

Open your mind, heart and have faith as you reach for your most optimistic vision.

TAURUS NEW MOON, MAY 19 – JUNE 3, 2023

We’re in the womb of a delicious, creative, sensual, fertile, passionate, and prolific Taurus New Moon cycle. The New Moon aligned less than an hour ago, on May 19 at 11:54 AM ET, ushering a powerful renewal.

Pay attention to where you have Taurus in your chart, you’re entering a year of exponential growth. In the coming days – life is about to pick up pace dramatically. You can have what you need and perhaps even what you want. But do you know what you want? What and who do you value? Do you know what’s good for you? Do you consider yourself worthy of your desires? For now – move slowly through these final days of Taurus season (till May 21). Dig deep, get grounded in your values, self-worth, and self-esteem, clear clutter, and create space for renewal and new growth.

On May 5, the Scorpio Total Lunar Eclipse marked the end of a powerful eighteen-month cycle that began in November 2021. Over the past two weeks – unexpected encounters, developments, and powerful revelations have surfaced — showing us the attachments, emotional baggage, patterns, beliefs we need to release; and what’s here to stay. Mercury was retrograde helping us get to the bottom of the truth. Eclipses have shown us – we can’t run or hide from the truth, reality, or the Universe. Avoid plastering over cracks, but also avoid letting fear run the show. Remain humble, flexible, and patient, and you can make valuable discoveries as the new cycle unfolds.

Taurus is a sensual, prolific, creative, resourceful, and fertile sign. It is the sign of life itself. We’re seeing things more clearly now, recognizing what is valuable and what we need to change within ourselves. Consciously release the past, so you can embrace the future with open arms.

As the Taurus New Moon aligns it sextiles Mars at 29+ Cancer, bringing deep insights, emotions, and revelations. Relationships, creative and financial situations are deepening and renewing. And I cannot overstate how sensual, creative, prolific, abundant, and fertile this New Moon energy is. Also, Venus the ruler of Taurus is in Cancer and will sextile Uranus next week, bringing surprising, juicy developments.

The seeds you plant, nurture, and give attention to this New Moon are likely to grow dramatically over the coming weeks and months. This is manifestation 101. Yoga, meditation, hugs, and anything that helps you get into your body, will help you feel alive, find your center, and come home to yourself. Then trust your gut, trust how you feel, and let your feelings intuitively guide you. Sow wisely as you keep your sights on the big picture.

Aspects suggest, whatever you need — help is close at hand. Don’t be afraid to ask and learn to receive. That said there’s a need for detachment of where help comes from. Doors are opening to delicious opportunities to grow in real material and emotional security over the coming year. Financially, creatively, emotionally, and in relationships, there’s lucrative potential, emotional depth, and real support present.

Since 2021, the Taurus-Scorpio Eclipses have put relationships to the test. Now relationships are evolving and renewing, powerfully and profoundly. This cycle brings an opportunity to deepen connections where there is mutual freedom, acceptance, and space for growth — individually and together. Taurus speaks of commitment and loyalty. Tough times test the strength of a relationship and can deepen bonds. The past is past, but the relationships and situations that have survived past the Scorpio Eclipse are here for our soul growth.

This is a new beginning. With Jupiter on the North Node, opportunities arising are drawing us to our future. That said, there’s a need to evolve from toxic patterns, not be afraid to call out bullshit (lovingly without judgment) and let go of the drama. Mars enters Leo on May 20 and is moving through a T-square with Pluto and Jupiter in the coming days, igniting passion, desire, powerfully transforming, and moving stuck energy. This is pure alchemy. On May 21 the Sun enters Gemini ushering in a new season and immediately trines Pluto, —bringing liberating developments, communication, and information that evolves our understanding of our choices. On May 22 the Sun connects with Mars, opening the door to communication. We’re ready to go for what we want and paint the town red. Nothing is black and white and there is no wrong choice — be true to yourself, move with intention, and trust the right things will follow. Still, as Mars squares Jupiter on May 23, we’re turning a huge corner — so make sure you slow down and not get ahead of yourself, or you could be in danger of missing a turn or tipping over.

It’s time to drop the mask and get real, with yourself, and others. It will call for courage, vulnerability, and faith. You don’t need validation from anyone for your existence. Know your worth, the value of what’s been offered, and what something is worth to you. Everything has a cost — and nothing is worth your soul. What matters, is what something is worth to you. Consciously release power struggles; you can’t change another, but you choose where you invest energy. Be true to your values, and know your worth, and you can magnetize or gravitate to what and who you desire, almost effortlessly. There’s something truly rich and golden here.

As you evolve, you can transform a dynamic that’s been fraught with tension to extract what’s golden in it. Sometimes all it takes is to show up, authentically, as you are today and to allow others the same space to grow and evolve. In romantic, or personal relationships especially — if you love someone, tell them, without expectations of reciprocation. And where it is appropriate – a hug, a kiss, or a touch can say a LOT more than words right now and could be just what’s needed to transform a situation.

Taurus teaches patience, hard work, commitment, loyalty, and contentment. It speaks of all of life’s sensual, carnal pleasures, creature comforts, money, relationships, food, and everything that brings us a sense of security. Taurus represents our physical body, material energy, and our core intangible values and skills. It reminds us everything material is transient, and to love our body— it is a vessel for the immortal soul and a gift from God or the Universe. External beauty fades, we can’t take our money to the grave, and all relationships change. It is the inner richness of the soul, the depth and purity of the heart, the love shared, and one’s quality of life – that is the true measure of one’s wealth.

Taurus is the sign that represents nature, the earth, and life itself. Like nature and life, Taurus represents a natural process of growth. We don’t even control our heartbeat.
