We’re in a very potent and powerful Aries New Moon cycle, and there’ve been major planetary shifts in the past few days.

On April 17, 2018: Chiron ingressed Aries for the first time in 50 years, on the same day as Saturn stationed Rx in Capricorn, and the Sun in Aries made a conjunction to Uranus— the final one Aries, before Uranus enters Taurus next month.

Aries is the sign of the self, new beginnings, and initiation. This is the beginning of a whole new astrological year, and a year long transition into the next chapter. So pay attention to the seeds what you’re initiating.

Mercury is direct now, bringing you a new understanding of where things stand. Be aligned in your being, words, thoughts, and actions — then you can avoid repeating patterns, and make steady progress towards your goals.

With Chiron newly in Aries, this cycle asks for “self-awareness” above all; to remain centered on an inner reality, and doing the healing work within — rather than project pain, anger, blame externally, on others, or even on yourself.

Yesterday on April 19, 2018, the Sun ingressed Taurus to join Venus, who remains in the sign until Taurus until April 24, 2018.  With the Sun and Venus in Taurus, and the Moon moving through Cancer and Leo, the next few days are fertile, and oozing with sensuality, so make the most of it.

As eager as you might be to get things moving, as the Sun enters Taurus (fixed, earth sign) slow down, nurture the seeds you’re planting, and invest in the relationships and situations you value the most; especially a budding relationship or situation that needs your attention. Things are about to burst forth very soon and its important you do the groundwork.

The intensity dial is turned way up as we move to the end of the month. We’re approaching a Mars-Pluto (rulers of Scorpio) conjunction on April 26, 2018, leading the Scorpio Full Moon on April 29, 2018.

Life is evolving from the core. Resistance is futile and to cling is to be crushed underfoot the wheel of fortune. You cannot control anyone or anything, you can only direct your will consciously.

The Sun is in Taurus a fixed, earth sign, asking for patience. If you remember the only constant in life is change, it will be easier to remain centered and become the force of change you seek.

On another note: I’ve been busy writing behind the scenes, in the throes of the 2018 – 2019 Annual Horoscope project which is coming along slowly but steadily. With Saturn’s presence in my third house, there’s a different maturity and depth to the horoscopes than before, (which come through me and I lay no claim to) and I’m looking forward to you reading them.

As of now they are shaping up to be about 2500+ words each/per sign — with an in-depth interpretation for Uranus in Taurus, Chiron in Aries, and the Venus and Mars retrogrades this year, as well as Jupiter’s ingress and transit in Sagittarius. So really these are horoscopes that will serve you well beyond 2018-2019 and over the coming eight years.
