We’re past a red hot Aries Full Moon, which occurred on Oct. 5, 2017, opposite (Mercury and) the Sun in Libra at 12+ degrees.
The lunation triggered the Jupiter-Uranus opposition, squared a newly direct Pluto in Capricorn in a T-square; and Venus and Mars (rulers of Libra and Aries) made an exact conjunction in Virgo, only hours before the lunation.
With the Sun in Libra, and the Venus-Mars conjunction, relationships are in the spotlight— personal, business, and all your one to one interactions, even the seemingly insignificant ones — asking you to find a balance between your needs and the needs of others.
With the Full Moon in Aries, the sign ruled by Mars the God of war and sex, to say the energy is heated and passionate would be an understatement. This is the culmination of a chapter and end of an era.
Relationships are ending and new ones beginning in the ashes of the past. There’s a sense of something or someone being deep under your skin. There could even be childhood traumas surfacing, so if you’re triggered, remember to take a deep breath before you (over) react.
On a global level too, there’s been a saturation of explosive developments, natural disasters, and escalated violence — bringing into sharp focus where there is a need for greater balance, healing, and peace. Even if it feels like being children left to fend for ourselves, it’s time to grow up and do what’s necessary, rather than wait for the “parents”, politicians, the government, authority figures, or ‘someone else’ to do something.
In the midst of all that is falling apart, current aspects suggest a profound hidden opportunity for healing. You are not powerless to effect change in your personal relationships, or in regards to your relationship with the greater world. You have as much power as the people you perceive to be ‘powerful’, or in charge. But change always comes from within.
In your relationships: it will be easier to smooth tensions, and/or find support if you work towards a common cause. No matter how divided a situation seems, we are all human, with the same basic needs. A little empathy and kindness goes a long way — especially under a climate such as this.
Very significantly, Jupiter is currently at the anaretic (29th) degree in Libra. Jupiter ingresses Scorpio on Oct. 10, 2017 drawing us into unknown territory and deeper waters — emotionally, psychologically, sexually, and in commitments. This also signals a change in fortune on a material and financial level, especially in areas of joint resources.
But first, when a planet, especially an outer planet like Jupiter prepares to leave a sign, the energy of the planet and sign is amplified and brought to the forefront; and as it leaves it will leave a parting gift.
Over the past year, you’ve seen an expansion in the area of chart/life ruled by Libra: you’ve grown in wisdom, and in awareness of your gifts. As you move through these final days of Jupiter in Libra, take the time to be grateful for all the gifts you’ve been given, including this gift of life.
Libra at best speaks of inner beauty, of the heart. Peace if it is to be lasting can only be created within. Then an inner fragrance arises, permeating through your being, attracting what or whom you most desire to you like bees to honey.
As you move to the Libra New Moon, breathe in lessons of the past year deeply: find your inner peace and balance, and breathe out the chaos. Then you can begin a new cycle attracting and deepening relationships with others who are truly your equals in every way.
I’ll be back with your Jupiter in Scorpio Horoscopes as soon as possible. In the meanwhile, below is an excerpt from the Aries Full Moon report, covering the energy of the lunation over the next two weeks as we move to the Libra New Moon, including Jupiter’s ingress in Scorpio.

Aries Full Moon: Oct. 5 – 20, 2017

“…Venus and Mars last made a conjunction, also in Virgo, two years ago in 2015 when Saturn had newly entered Sagittarius. Over the past two years, there might have been a sense of going through a “dry spell” in the area of your life ruled by Virgo, recognise you’ve also grown, and hopefully learned important lessons.
“With the Venus-Mars conjunction applying in a square to Saturn (as it nears the end of its journey in Sagittarius) at the time of this Full Moon — you’re coming full circle with this process of healing, turning a corner and wrapping something up over the next two weeks; so you can make conscious, healthier choices moving forward.
“…Virgo is considered a “barren” sign (its opposite sign Pisces represents “all that is”.) If you’re experiencing scarcity — be it emotionally, financially, creatively — remember you’re more fortunate many who are fighting for survival daily, and don’t even have access to life’s basic necessities. Start by being grateful, and you can shift the energy.
“We come into this world empty handed, and we leave empty handed. It’s not what you have, but what you make of it. It’s about loving yourself better, healing, working smarter, being efficient, creative, resourceful, ingenious, inventive, experimental, and being open to inspiration.”

“…This Aries Full Moon is showing us: underneath physical gender, gender stereotypes, sexual orientation, age, and all the visible differences, we are simply “beings.” You need no one or nothing to complete you, but at best we are interdependent creatures. No wo/man is an island, and no one can be left behind.
“As you move to the Libra New Moon, on Oct. 20, 2017, consciously release patterns you’ve outgrown, what weighs you down, and all that prevents from connecting more deeply; and offer others the freedom, and acceptance, you too need.
“You are far from alone, and there are people in your world touch and heal you, not just in your heart, but deep in your soul; where the sum of what you could achieve or create together, far surpasses what you could do on your own.
“At best, this Full Moon could be a true union of souls bringing a visceral experience of one-ness; showing you there is no other — only the self. In healing your relationship with yourself, you heal your world…” — Priya Kale, Aries Full Moon report, Oct. 5-20, 2017.
