Happy Holi everyone and welcome to a beauty-full Full Moon!

Earlier today the Libra Moon made an exact opposition to the Sun and Venus in Aries.

We’re still under the energy of a powerful Full Moon and aspects in the coming days suggest we haven’t seen anything yet.

I don’t know about you, but I’ve had my share of outbursts this week. Situations are reaching or have reached a culmination point, perhaps causing wild extreme mood swings.

Feelings are real emotional energy. But not all feelings are based in present reality and we don’t have to act on every emotion we feel. More often than not we are releasing triggered, suppressed emotions that have their roots in the past.

Especially as this Full Moon triggers the Pluto-Uranus square, it may be bringing back to life situations or awakening emotions that we thought were long buried; triggering events that began to unfold around June and September last year or perhaps as far back as childhood.

There is a need to find emotional balance first and be honest with oneself first. Then one can respond to situations authentically rather than react in haste, anger, panic and or fear — leading to rather astonishing breakthroughs.

Pluto at the apex of the T-square is a reminder to let go of trying to control situations and focus on keeping a grip internally. And the less we resist what is changing, the greater will be the sense of liberation, rather than feeling shocked. The Full Moon also loosely trines Jupiter softening the impact of the square, suggesting communication is the way forward.

Libra is the sign of love, peace, harmony, justice, law, relationships, equality and “marriage” — and it’s no surprise that today at the time of this Full Moon, the law surrounding marriage equality is  finally receiving the attention it deserves.

On March 29, 2013 the Sun and Venus conjunct Uranus suggesting there are more surprising developments in store. And if we can let go of expectations we could be pleasantly surprised.

This could even be a real breakthrough in redefining the marriage law, bringing us closer securing the rights to true equality and freedom for all — which includes the freedom to love and marry who one chooses, and be equal in the eyes of the law.

With the Sun and Venus moving towards a triple conjunction to Uranus — watch out, it only takes a spark to start a wildfire. Acknowledge your passion as well as your fear and recognize you are free to act as you please. But any attempts to manipulate a situation are only likely to backfire or be self-destructive.

All may be fair in love and war, but unless one has integrity all victory will be hollow. Just like no matter how wildly the scales swing eventually they return to a state of equilibrium, true justice will always prevail.

Libra is also the sign that represents Karma, a spiritual law that at its essence operates on the principle of every action having an equal and opposite reaction. We are all free to do as we choose, as long as we are willing to accept the consequences of our actions, which may not always be immediately apparent.

As I mentioned in my earlier post, this energy is certainly not for the faint hearted so brace yourself for passion, action and adventure. Dare to be inventive, innovative and creative. If we are conscious of what we most desire, we can act on it, as if creating our world — because we are.

Expect the unexpected in love, relationships, financial and creative situations. Anger is often a mask for deep pain or hurt, which again only masks a broken heart or deeper love. And the more you can confront your fears especially surrounding abandonment, rejection, failure or address any mistrust, you can find a way to express your love and chase your passion freely without expectations.

Trust, like lightning connects heaven and earth, love will always find a way…
