Hello and welcome to June,
There are major shifts occurring in the sky now as the outer planets change signs and directions getting ready for the Grand Cross alignment in the coming months.
Neptune is now retrograde in Aquarius and Saturn stationed direct in Virgo. Uranus is Aries and Jupiter enters Aries by the end of the week and meets in conjunction to Uranus next week at 0+ Aries.
Also this is the last week of Mars’ long transit through Leo. Today it trines the GC and it opposes Neptune on Friday. It first entered the sign back in October 2009. It stationed retrograde on Dec. 20, 2009; stationed direct again on Mar. 9, 2010 and finally moved out of shadow phase on May 17, 2010.
This has been a long slow and at times, intensely heated process of taming the wild beast of an ego. But ultimately the transit has asked us to learn the lessons of compassion and forgiveness towards oneself and others. It has forced us to confront our fears, insecurities, passion and desires. But ultimately hopefully this has led to greater self-confidence and courage to live life spontaneously, true to oneself.
As I write this blog at 3 PM EDT on Tuesday, June 1, 2010 Mars is approaching a trine to Galactic Core in Sagittarius. This seems to be culmination of the lessons learned through Mars’ transit through Leo.
The Galactic Core in Saggittarius has the energy of God, the Creator. With Mars in Leo – the sign that represents creative fire, this is supremely creative energy, firing us to move to action.
At best there can be recognition of one’s true self and higher consciousness guiding the way forward. Be honest and true to yourself now and your highest soul aspirations. There may be a sense of seeking guidance, so have faith and be moved by a higher spirit in your actions. Even a little effort will go further than you think.
With a Mars-Neptune opposition, be transparent in all your communication this week and keep two feet firmly on the ground as you reach for the stars.
There may be a sense of a fog as the aspect peaks, but when in doubt seek clarity as best as you can and avoid projecting doubt or mistrust.
Currently the Moon is in Aquarius moving towards a trine to the Sun in Gemini. Expect conversations to be breezier and lighter as the Moon passes through the sign, giving us a chance to have important conversations with a healthy level of detachment.
On Wednesday, June 2, 2010 Venus in Cancer sesquiquadrates Chiron now retrograde in Pisces. This is gentle watery energy, which could bring deep healing for emotional wounds. When it comes to love, finances and sense of security, recognize your own insecurities or fears that keep you from receiving a greater flow of abundance.
