Moving to the Equinox…

Dear Friends,

So we’re past the Last Quarter of the Moon now, heading to the Libra New Moon on Sept. 24, 2014.

There were powerful aspects unfolding over the past weekend, including a Mercury-Uranus opposition and Venus-Pluto trine on Sunday, bringing unexpected encounters, developments and deep realities to the surface.

Also on Sunday, Mars entered Sagittarius until Oct. 23, 2014, putting us on a new path. This is a significant transit, paving the way over the coming weeks, for something new being built once Saturn enters Sagittarius at the end of December. (Read more in the Weekly report.)

Also, Mercury entered shadow phase and stations retrograde early next month just as it enters Scorpio, and retrogrades back into Libra. Over the coming weeks it moves through Libra, there is a chance to re-write a story that first played out with the long Mars in Libra transit; and, or a chance to learn from the past and make different choices in the present, creating a new reality.

Over the past two days, the Cancer Moon was moving through the Grand Cross that we’ve been experiencing through the past year, the peak of which we experienced in April. But you’ve come a long way since then, so hopefully you were able to flow with this energy.

On Thursday as the Moon sextiles the Virgo Sun at 2:38 PM, there’s work to be done but there can also be healing. If the past couple of days felt an emotional roller-coaster, this is your cue to consciously work to release emotional baggage, so you can reach a place of inner peace and balance with the New Moon.

As you move to weekend, the Moon is disappearing and there are powerful aspects building as Venus sextiles Saturn and Mars squares Neptune. A relationship or financial situation is stabilizing, even in the midst of the fog. Avoid projection, keep a grip on reality and you can release what needs to be released as you move into the new cycle.

Next week, Pluto stations direct, the Sun ingresses Libra, bringing us to the Equinox — a balancing point. A day later we get to the Libra New Moon leading us into a powerful Eclipse season, Venus changing signs and Mercury retrograde early next month. Expect life to accelerate between now and through October.
