Dear Friends,
It’s a New Moon week and you probably don’t need Astrology or me to tell you there are huge changes around the bend.
Mars’ conjunction to the South Node over the weekend may have dredged up deep fears, anxieties and issues from the past for release. But we’ve come full circle with something and for all that still hinges on the unknown, there’s a feeling of finally being able to breathe again.
While Mars is still in Gemini with the Moon currently in close conjunction clear the air and have honest conversations now so you can move forward, with greater truth, honesty and understanding. Mars energy is like ‘fire,’ and fire handled consciously is a tremendous transformational force. But if you play with fire, it’s easy to get burned. Gemini represents communication.
We can use words to heal or to further widen a gap of misunderstanding – it is a choice. How we communicate matters, just as much as what we communicate. Deal with anger, resentment, pain and fear consciously so they don’t become self-destructive forces.
Also Venus is in her last day of her transit through Cancer, in a close conjunction to the Sun: a softer approach might work better now especially in matters of love and relationships. Use the energy now to get to the bottom of your insecurities, so you can experience a deeper kind of love.
Tomorrow on July 28, 2011 Venus enters Leo until Aug. 21, 2011 and Mercury enters Virgo for a brief while before it stations retrograde on Aug. 2, 2011 and transits back into Leo. As Mercury enters Virgo it exacts an opposition with Neptune on July 29, 2011 just before the Leo New Moon on July 30, 2011.
With the New Moon in Leo in a square to Jupiter something may feel like a huge risk and you don’t have all the facts yet, so avoid thinking you know it all. There is more coming to the surface, which could prove rather pleasantly surprising. Be patient, use your common sense and stay grounded in your values, but dare to be vulnerable, take a chance on your heart and follow your passion.
