Taurus Full Moon report: Nov. 14 – 29, 2016.
Sagittarius New Moon report: Nov. 29 – Dec. 13, 2016.
~~
We’re coming out of a dense period of astrology, fast moving to the Sagittarius New Moon on Nov. 29, 2016 leading us into December. But 2016 is far from over yet, and promises to go out with a bang.
First, as we move through the Dark Moon phase in Scorpio, this marks period of release; let go of the heavier emotions and fears that have recently surfaced. There may be a sense of deep loss — a loss of faith even — as the Moon disappears in the sky. The darkest hour is before the dawn.
As sure as day follows the night, the Sagittarius New Moon is a harbinger of new hope, a new day breaking, offering a ray of light, opening new doors, horizons, and opportunities — marking the start of new chapter in your journey.
What you initiate now will gain momentum over the coming month. We’re approaching a point of critical mass on Dec. 26, 2016 as Jupiter opposes Uranus (with Pluto at the helm in a Cardinal T-square) — bringing huge breakthroughs — and hopefully not melt-downs. Pay attention to where you’re feeding energy and shooting those arrows. Do it consciously and you could hit bulls-eye.
First, a lot is shifting between now and the Full Moon on Dec. 13, 2016. Among other aspects, Mercury and Venus change signs, and we’re entering Mercury’s shadow phase.
Below is an excerpt from the Sagittarius New Moon report (which offers a detailed interpretation of aspects surrounding the lunation, seeding the energy over the next two weeks as we move to the Gemini Full Moon mid-month. As well as major aspects and ingresses occurring over the next two weeks.)

Sagittarius New Moon: Nov. 29 – Dec. 13, 2016
“This New Moon occurs at 7+ Sagittarius in a tight conjunction to Juno, square Neptune; Venus applying in a tight square to Uranus and Mars approaching a trine to Jupiter.
“Pay attention to where you have Sagittarius in your chart — it marks the area of your life where this energy is playing out, offering you a whole new start and chance at expansion.
“With the New Moon in a square to Neptune, now more than ever there is a need to go inward to the source — to seek an indivisible objective truth, and clarify a vision. Then you can make wise, conscious, choices; taking you further along your chosen path, towards a breakthrough.
“As the New Moon aligns there’s a sense of having to jump off the cliff and spread your wings and take flight. As scary as it might be, courage always comes first; you have to jump out of the plane before you can pull the parachute string.
…
“With Mars in Aquarius moving to a trine to Jupiter in Libra — there is a clear suggestion there is wind beneath your wings. Where there is a will, there is a way. With a little effort, something could take flight and grow into something that truly makes a difference in your (and the) world, where it’s most needed.
…
“Meanwhile, the other benefic Venus recently passed her conjunction to Pluto, and square to Jupiter.
“Venus squares Uranus in Aries, at the time of the Sagittarius New Moon, and will trine Jupiter at the time of the Jupiter-Uranus opposition.
There’s a sense of having to strike out in new territory, when it comes to finances, relationships, creative projects and matters dear to your heart — there might be surprises, or unexpected developments unfolding.
“Be creative and innovative; let loose a little, give yourself permission to step out of your usual boundaries, comfort zone, break-free of old patterns and dare to break the mold. If what you’re attempting feels awkward — you’re probably on the right track.
“Even if things have always been done a certain way, as you can see the world is changing. This is about you reclaiming your ability to live more authentically, in accordance with your values — true to your heart.
“Perhaps most significantly, the New Moon is in a tight conjunction to Juno — a strong suggestion that relationships are central and KEY to this lunation.
Juno was the wife of Jupiter (ruler of the lunation) and their relationship was known to be a tumultuous one. Juno, astrologically, often represents the ‘bone of contention’ in an otherwise fulfilling relationship…” — Priya Kale, Sagittarius New Moon, Nov. 29, 2016.
