Five hundred twenty-five thousand six hundred minutes
Five hundred twenty-five thousand moments so dear
Five hundred twenty-five thousand six hundred minutes
How do you measure, measure a year?In daylights, in sunsets
In midnights, in cups of coffee
In inches, in miles, in laughter, in strife
In five hundred twenty-five thousand six hundred minutes
How do you measure, a year in the life? How about love?
How about love?
How about love?
Measure in loveSeasons of love

Five hundred twenty-five thousand journeys to plan
Five hundred twenty-five thousand six hundred minutes
How do you measure the life of a woman or a man?In truths that she learned
Or in times that he cried
In bridges he burned
Or the way that she diedIt’s time now, to sing out
Though the story never ends
Let’s celebrate
Remember a year in the life of friendsRemember the love
(Oh, you got to, you got to remember the love)
Remember the love
(You know that life is a gift from up above)
Remember the love

Dear Friends,
We’ve moved through an intense patch of astrology. Energetically, it may have felt like falling off a building or two. Today marks a powerful Sun-Saturn conjunction, with the Cancer Moon sweeping through and completing the Grand Cross.
Also, the Sun and Saturn are exactly square the Nodes right now, suggesting a major turning point in our destiny and with events that have been in motion since last year and that peaked over the summer.
Although right now, it may feel like all your efforts are coming up against a brick wall, there is a sense of coming face to face with the past and all that is ending.
Saturn is a timekeeper and gatekeeper. Saturn is also a great teacher – and a great teacher is one who can bring out the best in us. Look at all the lessons of the past seasons. What have you learned? Are you bitter or strengthened by your experience?
The energy feels like trying to unlock a giant iron vault. As the Sun makes its conjunction to Saturn and the Moon touches the South Node, there is a feeling that something shifts, turns, clicks into place; suddenly, the past is released like a tidal wave, opening the door to the future.
If there is a fear of being overshadowed, now is the time to step confidently into your light and strength. We can’t turn back time, but we can make conscious choices in the present to take responsibility for the reality already created and for the one that we are creating now.
What is the emotional baggage that we need to let go of? With the Moon on the South Node, only in releasing the past can we truly move forward with our arms open to the future. The Sun (also the ruler of Leo) is asking us to “be here now.”
Taurus on the Ascendant of this chart points to stability, fruitful associations and abundance as long as we stay true to our values (not our beliefs). Be true to yourself about who and what grounds you; loyalty and patience are both virtues in a relationship that allow us to weather the seasons of life. No matter what you fear leaving behind or think that you will never move past, trust that we are moving toward a place of greater honesty, mutual respect, equality, peace and balance.
Also, the weekend brings a sizzling Venus-Mars conjunction on Sunday, this time in Scorpio. This is deeply alchemical and fertile energy, bringing transformation in creative, financial, sexual and intimate situations. Along with the aspects occurring today, clearly this is a story begging to be resurrected. If we can rise to the occasion and do what needs to be done within relationships, delicious tangible and intangible rewards await on the other side.
There is a difference between knowing the path and walking the path, but we are certainly not on this journey alone. The Sun-Saturn conjunction in Libra suggests that this is only a strengthening of those relationships that can stand the test of time and truth. Measure your seasons in love.
