Happy New Moon everyone!
I don’t know about you, but its been an intense ride personally trying to kill, if not tame the demon ego. With the lunation opposite the triple conjunction, the energy has been overwhelming. I’ve had some pretty ferocious moments, but for now I am living in the now. One moment at a time, one step at a time.
Yesterday Mars in Gemini squared Uranus and today Mercury in Virgo opposes Uranus. We can expect a unexpected communication or messages. As long as you are not responding out of fear there is a way forward. Avoid critical tendencies as much as you can and focus on finding a solution. Uranus energy can feel like jolt that shocks you awake and sometimes thats what we need to wake up from a ‘dream.’ If we can let go of the mind, we could be open to receiving soulful truth. Creative inspiration can strike if you let it.
Over the weekend, Venus trines Uranus, bringing wet and wild surprises. By then the Moon will be in Libra easing the pressure on our relationships. Also the Sun will ingress Virgo and trines Pluto in Capricorn. After the recent struggles and intensity this is likely to be a stabilizing aspect. There can be deep healing and evolution, if we are willing to let go of inner barriers that keep us tied to a past.
Canada has been good to me so far. Nadine, who I have yet to introduce here formally is an extremely perceptive Scorpio. Among her many gifts, she is also studying to be a medicine woman and I’m learning a lot from her about Shamanism. The more I learn, the more I find validation in the oneness of the Universe and its energy. We just speak a different language but essentially the truth remains the same.
Astrology to me is more about learning to live in the now, rather than any predictive tool because ultimately the future is not ours to see. Of course when I started reading this stuff I was yet a child, just drawn to it out of pure love and curiosity. It was during my divorce that my ‘study’ intensified as I searched for an ‘answer.’ But now that I’ve been working with clients for the past three years and through my own life experiences I realize just how deep and eternal this mystery truly is. We can only live each day and each moment, recognizing it for the infinite creative potential it holds.
Have faith no matter how dark the night feels, this is the Leo New Moon and this is a new dawn…
