We have a big weekend coming up. On Saturday the Sun squares the triple conjunction in Aquarius and sextiles Uranus. Also Saturn stations direct in Virgo after being retrograde since Dec. 31, 2008.

This triple conjunction in Aquarius is the sign of our times and the prevalent aspect coloring the energy of this year. With the Sun in Taurus has been a grounding influence bringing the depth of our values to the surface.

As the Sun squares the triple conjunction expect there to be a huge internal shift. A square warns of the danger of projecting that, which needs to be resolved within. There is likely to be a deep and expansive awareness of our wounds, doubts and fears. At this time the Moon will also conjunct the planets in Aquarius and square the Sun reaching it’s Last Quarter phase after the recent Scorpio Full Moon. This is likely to be an emotional release but ultimately a centering and strengthening one.

Taurus and Aquarius are both fixed signs, this is a where heaven meets the earth. There may be a painful struggle now between wanting something solid, stable and at the same time wanting to spread one wings and escape; commitment and freedom. In a fixed earth sign the Taurus Sun a reminder to nurture that, which sustains us. There may be a fear of abandonment or for not being accepted for who you are, what you look like, how you feel — the triple conjunction in Aquarius is a reminder to be careful of the projection of wounds of society or the other people in your life.

Also take a look at how you may be projecting your own fears onto a situation, the Moon is a reminder that we can’t just detach from people, but rather acknowledge that we need these connections in our life. Everyone needs to feel loved and accepted for who they are but this can only happen when we acknowledge that we want it. Most of our pain and fear comes from past experiences; the aspects are asking for a HUGE leap of faith, which can only come from within. There can be internal healing if we can learn to accept ourselves first, before fearing rejection from an external source.

In Taurus the Sun suggests you can only be true to yourself and who you are. There is a greater wisdom awakening within the soul, if we get let go of wounds and reach for healing instead. As the Sun sextiles Uranus in Pisces there is a clear suggestion that if we can take this leap of faith there could be pleasant surprises waiting to rush in and soothe the soul.

Saturn stations direct today after being retrograde since Dec. 31, 2008. The Saturn-Uranus aspect is another one that has been rocking the world with the economic crisis we face. Within personal situations look back to situations that have been on hold since Saturn went retrograde. The recent period has asked to do the inner healing and pruning so we can move forward with greater integrity. Where we have been dedicated and devoted the rewards are sure to follow.
